Flood Hazard Map — Flood Risk in Extreme Floods
Description
The flood hazard map shows the flooding area of an extreme flood (EHQ). This corresponds to either a very long recurrence interval or an observed event where the outflow was at least equivalent to the 300-year event. In an extreme event, the failure of flood protection facilities is assumed.
