WMS Monuments Kreis Viersen
Description
Monuments are objects to be preserved in accordance with the NRW Monument Protection Act (DSchG NRW) and which serve the public interest. The monuments include all architectural monuments (List A), ground monuments (List B), monument areas (List D), garden monuments (List I) and movable monuments (List C). The data have a variety of attributes (e.g. monument number, abbreviation or date of entry). The objects are available as surface objects. A final and complete information about monuments can only be given by the competent Lower Monument Authority of the municipality. In addition to the public database, suspected monuments or monuments in preparation or archived monuments can also be kept internally.
The WMS is up-to-date on a daily basis.
