Description
The assessment of the recreational suitability for open spaces is directly related to the landscape. In addition to the inventory records for recreation (see maps 2.9.1 Recreation - Stock, characteristics of the experience and recreation areas and 2.9.2 Recreation - Stock, needs-based recreation functions from Annex 2.6 Landscape Plan Dresden), the assessment is also based on the maps for landscape (see maps 2.5 Inventory of landscape features and 2.6 Landscape Image - Assessment from Annex 2.5 of the landscape plan).
Depending on their affiliation to three different recreation or experience (main) motives as well as the assessment-relevant criteria for the suitability for recreation (quality of the landscape, equipment with recreational elements, reception or impairments), the corresponding sub-areas of the urban area are assigned to one of six suitability levels.
