WMS LW-BW GISELa Agricultural parcels

Description

This service (visible from a scale of approx. 1:50000) represents the spatial data from the identification system landw. Parcels (LPIS) originate and thus represent the reference system for the area-related agricultural payments. In Baden-Württemberg, the cadastral parcel is used as a reference parcel. The agricultural parcel identification system is a subsystem of the Integrated Management and Control System (IACS) within the meaning of Article 68 of Regulation (EC) No 1306/2013. The data is collected for the entire agricultural area of Baden-Württemberg on the basis of Section 3(1) of the InVeKoS Regulation and is continuously maintained on the basis of current aerial photographs (Orthophotos) and remote sensing data. The acquisition scale of the data is approx. 1:5.000. The land cover, also type of use, is delimited to the individual reference parcels and may have the following characteristics, see the following list. Several types of use are possible for each reference parcel: Arable land, grassland, permanent crop, landscape element, non-agricultural area. In addition to the land cover/use type, each geometry has a unique identifier, the FLIK of the reference parcel, the maximum area eligible for direct payments in ha and an indication of the up-to-dateness of the data. The acquisition scale of the data is approx. 1:5.000
