An address is located in the territory of the municipality of the road to which it belongs. However, some local features may exist.
An address is unique.
Where possible, an address shall be located in the corresponding cadastral parcel and in front of
the entrance of the building concerned (when this information is known).
Failing to know the entry, the address shall be placed on the corresponding parcel and positioned in accordance with the adjacent addresses or on the building. Certain positions may be located at postal delivery.
