City of Duisburg: Real estate benchmarks
Description
On 01.01.YYYY, the valuation committee for land values in the city of Duisburg decides on the basis of the purchase price collection of real estate benchmarks pursuant to § 195(1) of the Building Code (BauGB) and evaluated pursuant to § 193(5) of the Building Code (BauGB) pursuant to § 38 of the Ordinance on the Official Determination of the Value of Land in North Rhine-Westphalia (GrundWertVO NRW) for the submarket of condominiums (resales) and detached and semi-detached houses (resales). All available real estate benchmarks and the associated specialist information can be accessed free of charge via the BORIS.NRW website (menu item: Real estate benchmarks) can be viewed or downloaded as a PDF document. There is also a price calculator available to adjust the property benchmark to the properties of the valuation object.
