IED installations in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive
Description
Article 23 of the IED provides for the introduction of a system of environmental inspections of installations, which includes the assessment of the full range of environmental impacts of the installation concerned.
After each environmental inspection, the competent authority shall draw up a report, which shall also be made available to the public via the internet within four months of the on-site inspection.
The current summary sheet with a summary of the results of the last on-site inspection of an IED plant for plants in the area of responsibility of the trade inspectorate is always included in this interactive map presentation (there is no presentation of the plants in the area of responsibility of the LBEG and the lower immission control authorities). The data is updated daily.
