Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hoflehen-Nord” of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning area is designated as a pure residential area. A small part area as SO. According to the planning concept, a total of 13 one- to two-family houses + 2 terraced houses can be created to meet the increasing demand for suitable areas.
