The potential of public undeveloped spaces in Flanders as a source location for collective geothermal systems, with a maximum length of 200 m between source and customer and with differentiation based on type of soil cover. Map drawn up in the context of the study 'Responsible development of shallow geothermal energy in Flanders' (2025) carried out by VITO and Terra Energy on behalf of the Environment Department.
