Description
Present-day potential natural vegetation: The map of current potential natural vegetation (HPNV) depicts as mapping units the final societies of vegetation development (usually forest societies) that exist without human influence under present-day location conditions. It thus represents a vegetation-study location map. Visible from a scale of 1:100.000 or larger.
