Reserve area for technical flood protection
Description
Principle in the regional plan. On behalf of the Land dam administration of the Free State of Saxony (LTV), 1. Regulation as well as the Elbe flood protection concepts (HWSK), which derive the need for flood protection measures on the basis of the protection needs of uses before certain flood events. The measures include almost exclusively technical flood protection measures. In addition to the provisions on preventive flood protection in the regional plan, it is therefore also necessary to lay down technical flood protection measures that are of significance for the region. -Data comes from the Regional Planning Association Leipzig-West Saxony - legal basis is the Regional Plan West Saxony 2008 (as of 25.07.2008)
