Description
The Billbrook 3 development plan for the scope of both sides Billbrookdeich between Bille and railway facilities of the AKN (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 132) is determined.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Berzeliusstraße-North border of parcel 1550, western boundary of parcel 1468, northern boundary of parcels 1466 and 1464, western boundary of parcels 1542, 1539 and 1420, south and west border of parcel 1508, over parcel 1491, north borders of parcels 1491, 1263 and 1344, via parcel 151 (Billbrookdeich), northern boundary of the parcel 1492 of the Billbrook — Bille (eastern) southern boundary of parcel 1053, over parcel 151 (Billbrookdeich), south boundary of parcel 1393 and via parcel 1393 (Unterer Landweg), southern boundary of parcel 458, over parcels 180 and 532, western boundary of parcel 532, via parcel 1461 of the Billbrook area.
