Description
The dataset includes all relevant damage areas caused by Hurricane Lothar (26. December 1999), divided into three classes: Total damage (coverage 0-20% of the remaining area), partial damage 1 (coverage 20-40% of the remaining area), partial damage 2 (coverage 40-60% of the remaining area). The minimum area is 20 a. The mapping was carried out on the basis of aerial photographs of the country's topography and was carried out by Swissphoto in November 2000.
