Description
High-voltage line (planned), lines and planning areas for corridors. Transmission infrastructures covered in the Indicative Plan include high-voltage lines from a voltage level of 110kV, substations and transformer stations, which have a significant impact on space. This is particularly the case if their construction or expansion affects the security of supply, makes agricultural and forestry use and the construction of buildings along the pipeline very difficult or has a significant impact on the town and landscape. The Federal Government has set immission limits and precautionary emission limits for electrical transmission lines in the Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionising Radiation (NISV). These must be taken into account when creating, modifying and operating pipelines and designating construction zones. New construction zones may only be excreted where the installation limits of existing lines can be complied with. New major projects in the area of high-voltage power lines are to be planned primarily in the existing corridors.
