AM.Permits for exploration and mining
Description
AM.Authorisation for exploration and mining is a selection and transformation of SGU's product Mineral Rights in order to comply with INSPIRE's data specification for the theme Areas with special management/restrictions/regulation and reporting units.
The dataset contains nationwide information on current exploration permits, exploitation concessions and land allocations. The information is normally updated on the 10th of each month with information that is current the last month before. Due to operational issues, the INSPIRE version is currently only updated every 6 months.
Some states may have a date in the VALIDTO attribute that has passed but is still valid. This is because once an application for an extension has been made, the authorisation is valid until the decision has become final.
