Data Renewable Energy EPB declarations
Description
This dataset contains the main results from the EPB declarations for renewable energy since the introduction of the renewable energy requirements in the context of energy performance and indoor climate (EPB). For planning permit applications or notifications from 1 January 2014, every new building (or equivalent) home, office and school in Flanders must obtain a minimum amount of energy from renewable sources. For offices and schools of public organisations, the obligation already applies to works for which a notification is made or an urban planning permit is applied for from 1 January 2013. It only concerns the following nature of the works: A to G, X, W. This corresponds to New Construction (or assimilated) and major energetic renovation. This dataset can be linked to dataset AG_DIMENSIES which displays various important general information about the EPB declarations.
