Built-up area standards for flooding (Environmental Regulation)
Description
This stock contains the demarcation of the built-up area for the water nuisance standard, as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. The storage and disposal capacity of the regional water systems must be designed to provide an environmental value of 1:100. This means that the built area may not flood more than once every 100 years from the water system. The Water Boards must, where necessary, take measures to meet this standard.
