LAPRO2009 — Ensure floodplains as guidelines for local recreation
Description
Flowing waters are of particular importance for recreation.Environmental upgrading of partially severely impaired waters and floodplains and improving accessibility should improve their open space qualities. The open space upgrades of the floodplains are mainly derived from the flowing water restorations depicted in the landscape programme (water structure improvements). see Saarland Landscape Programme, chapter 8.6.3.
