Description
The development plan Blankenese 42 for the scope between Baurs Weg, Baurs Park, Elbchaussee, Mühlenberger Weg and Elbuferweg (region Altona, district 223) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Baurs Weg — Elbchaussee — East boundary of the parcel 1796 (Baurs Park), northern boundary of parcels 662, 661, 660, 659 and 658 of the area Blankenese — Baurs Park — Elbchaussee — Mühlenberger Weg — eastern borders of parcels 2448, 2447 and 1825, southern boundary of the parcel 1825, via the parcels 1825, 1588, 2447 and 684 (Elbuferweg), West boundary of parcel 686, south-west and south border of parcel 674, over parcel 671, southeast boundary of parcel 667, over parcel 2551 of the Blankenese area.
