Development plan Blankenese 42 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Blankenese 42 for the area of application between Baurs Weg, Baurs Park, Elbchaussee, Mühlenberger Weg and Elbuferweg (district Altona, district 223) is approved. The planned area is limited as follows: Baurs Weg - Elbchaussee - eastern boundary of the parcel 1796 (Baurs Park), northern boundary of parcels 662, 661, 660, 659 and 658 of the Blankenese district - Baurs Park - Elbchaussee - Mühlenberger Weg - eastern boundary of parcels 2448, 2447 and 1825, southern boundary of the parcel 1825, via parcels 1825, 1588, 2447 and 684 (Elbuferweg), western boundary of parcel 686, southwest and south boundary of parcel 674, via parcel 671, southeast boundary of parcel 667, via parcel 2551 of the Blankenese district.
