Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsetter (6th amendment and extension)” of the municipality of Heiligenberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA) + § 6 MI; BP “Ortsetter – 6th Amendment and Extension”; The superimposed area of the urban development plan “Ortsetter” of 9.1.1969 is lifted.
