Inspire ST Land Use Land Development Plan
Description
Free INSPIRE dataset on the Annex3 topic land use for the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The dataset was derived from the data of the country development planning and transformed in accordance with INSPIRE.
The Land Development Plan represents an overall concept for the spatial order and development of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt. It forms the basis for an economically, ecologically and socially balanced spatial and settlement structure and coordinates the utilisation requirements for the space.
The regional development plan provides the framework for the technical planning as a medium-term requirement. Objectives have been set which have a high priority for the development of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt.
The Land Development Plan 2010 of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt was adopted in December 2010 by the state government as a regulation.
The Ordinance on the Land Development Plan 2010 of the Land Saxony-Anhalt of 16 February 2011 entered into force on 12 March 2011, replacing the previous Act on the Land Development Plan for the Land of Saxony-Anhalt in 1999.
The objectives and principles of spatial planning are defined in the Land Development Plan in descriptive and, where possible, also by mapping (drawing).
