XPlanning data set BPL “Sonnenhalde”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the “Sonnenhalde” development plan of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The entire planning area is designated as a Pure Residential Area (WR). According to the planning concept, a total of 19 new buildings with 44 residential units can be created in order to meet the increasing demand for suitable areas for residential construction e.g.
