Description
Data on the number of documents registered in Riga municipality during the last month. Data are prepared for each day of the month by analysing document types linked to groups of document types: ‘Documents received’, ‘Authorisations’, ‘Factual documents’ and ‘Documents to be sent’. In addition, electronic documents are counted
Data fields:
* __number__ Serial number of the record in the dataset
* __district_id__ Municipality
* __statistics_date__ Date for which correspondence statistics were created
* __year__ Data collection year
* __month__ Month of data collection
* __date__ Data collection date (day)
* __document_group_id__ Document group identifier
* __document_group_name__ Document group name
* __direction__ Document direction
* __group_document_count__ Total number of documents in a group
* __group_electronic_count__ Total number of electronic documents in the group
* __[documents]__ List of document types included in the group, where the number of documents and the number of electronic documents have been calculated for each document type
* __document_type_id__ Identifier of the document type included in the group
* __document_type_name__ Name of the document type included in the group
* __document_count__ Number of documents
* __electronic_count__ Number of electronic documents
Attention! Local government processes and systems are being adapted to a new record-keeping system and to the www.latvija.lv e-services platform, so open data services can return empty or incomplete datasets.
