Local government correspondence statistics (outgoing, incoming, electronic, etc.)

Data on the number of documents registered in Riga municipality during the last month. Data are prepared for each day of the month by analysing document types linked to groups of document types: ‘Documents received’, ‘Authorisations’, ‘Factual documents’ and ‘Documents to be sent’. In addition, electronic documents are counted

Data fields:

• number Serial number of the record in the dataset
• district_id Municipality
• statistics_date Date for which correspondence statistics were created
• year Data collection year
• month Month of data collection
• date Data collection date (day)
• document_group_id Document group identifier
• document_group_name Document group name
• direction Document direction
• group_document_count Total number of documents in a group
• group_electronic_count Total number of electronic documents in the group
• [documents] List of document types included in the group, where the number of documents and the number of electronic documents have been calculated for each document type
• document_type_id Identifier of the document type included in the group
• document_type_name Name of the document type included in the group
• document_count Number of documents
• electronic_count Number of electronic documents

Attention! Local government processes and systems are being adapted to a new record-keeping system and to the www.latvija.lv e-services platform, so open data services can return empty or incomplete datasets.
