Surroundings of the defined and planned drinking water protection areas in Bavaria, the measurement scale should be max. 1 : 5,000, but may vary up to 1 : It's 30,000. Drinking water protection areas include the sensitive part of the groundwater catchment area of the wells and springs or the above-ground catchment area of drinking water dams.
