DSI - Provincial Spatial Implementation Plans
Description
This dataset series contains the digital vector version of all provincial spatial implementation plans, both the definitively approved and those in layout. The definitively approved plans are both the provincial spatial implementation plans approved by the Minister and the provincial spatial implementation plans finally adopted by the provincial council. The plans approved by the Minister are plans whose invitation to the plenary was sent before 25 April 2014. After this date, the procedure is in place whereby the plans are definitively adopted by the provincial council and no longer require approval. The suspensions and annulments of the Council of State have also been incorporated. The plan outlines and plan elements are available in this dataset series insofar as they have already been uploaded by the relevant provincial government, which owns the data and is responsible for the content.
