Description
Layer contains forest areas that have died or already cleared as a result of extreme weather events and subsequent pest infestations between 1.7.2018 and 31.03.2021. These areas must be forested again and protected by wild verbis.
It contains pests regardless of tree type and cause of damage (bark beetle in spruce and larch, dry damage in beech, ash shoot dies, diplodia mushroom infestation in pine, oak grass damage, etc.)
The data originated from the evaluation of the satellite images of the Senthinel mission.
