StorMe

Description

StorMe Event Cadastre for avalanche gravity hazard processes, rock/block fall, cliff collapses, landslides and water (torrential lava, flooding, etc.). The cadastre serves as a memorandum whose horizon goes beyond the collective memory. Events are systematically recorded from 1998 onwards, and the available historical information has been incorporated by means of a retrospective census. StorMe events are referenced at least by a point and a unique identifier. The cadastre of StorMe events is fed on the StorMe application made available by the FOEN. This data is updated according to the synchronization with the data available on geodienste.ch.
