Project Data CLEVER Cities Hamburg - Biotope Mapping Rain Retention Basin An de Geest

Description

The map shows a biotope type mapping by biotope type key Hamburg (2019) for the rain retention basin “An de Geest” in Neugraben-Fischbek. Mapping took place in February 2021. It is part of the nature conservation support for the construction project “Construction of a new retention soil filter”, which is supervised by HamburgWasser. The biotope data also form the basis for a possible future landscape development of the site in the sense of a multi-coded landscape. The mapping was financed, inter alia, by the EU-funded project CLEVER Cities, Grant Agreement No 776604, which provided funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme for co-creative nature-based solutions in the Neugraben-Fischbek project area from 2018-2023.
