Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsmitte Achstetten I” of the municipality of Achstetten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The present development plan aims to create the conditions for demand-oriented residential development in the centre of Achstetten. This housing development should be to a fair extent in relation to the still active agriculture.
