List of technical tasters of DOC, DOC and DOCG wines from Umbria
Description
The list of technical tasters of DO, DOC and DOCG wines, established pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of 11 November 2011, is kept at national level and organised on a regional basis.
The technical tasters have a relevant qualification (diploma of expert or degree in agriculture, etc.), have proven experience of at least 2 years in the tasting of DOC and / or DOC wines and have been recognized by the Chamber of Commerce of the competent territory.
Together with other profiles, they constitute committees to assess the suitability of wines for DO, DOC and DOCG certifications.
