Description
In connection with the soil benchmarks (Section 196(1) of the Building Code), urban planning areas (development areas and rehabilitation areas that are not carried out in the simplified procedure) are presented. Within their scope, the soil benchmarks with the process states are uninfluenced or uninfluenced by development and, if requested by the municipality, are decided upon with the process states influenced by remediation or development influence. The soil benchmarks marked as uninfluenced refer to the property quality prior to the start of the renovation or development measures. They only take into account the respective economic performance since the start of the measures. On the other hand, land benchmarks marked as influenced take into account the legal and actual reorganisation of the plots after the completion of the measures.
