Description
Regional spatial planning programme 2010 for the district of Emsland (RROP 2010)
At its meeting on 17 January 2011, the district council of the district of Emsland adopted the RROP 2010 as its articles of association.
The RROP 2010 was approved by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Consumer Protection and Regional Development by decision of 1 April 2011.
With its publication in the Official Journal of the Emsland County on 31 May 2011, the RROP 2010 becomes final.
Please note: By final judgments of the Lower Saxony Higher Administrative Court of 28 August 2013, ref.: 12 CN 22/10 and 123 CN 146/12, the RROP 2010 of the Emsland County was declared ineffective as regards the wind energy sector. Since 15.2.2016, the 1st amendment to the RROP 2010 applies in the material subsection Energy (see above).
