PLU in force (MEL Local Planning Plan) - Surface requirements superimposed on zoning

Description

**Digitized Local Urban Plan (LUP)** This lot informs about the right to build 90 municipalities out of 95 of the European Metropolis of Lille. Not included: the PLUs of Allennes-les-Marais, Annœullin, Bauvin, Canin and Provin. This PLU is translated numerically in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG from the management basis of the PLU of the MEL. **Requirement superimposed on zoning** In addition to the statutory zoning, the graphic documents show: * the sectors covered by the OAPs, which are also enforceable against the right to build (Articles L.151-6 and L. 151-7, and R. 151-6 to R. 151-8 C. urb.); * sectors, perimeters and specific elements for which specific constraints and possibilities are defined by the PLU regulation (Articles L.151-8 to L.151-42, and R. 151-9 to R. 151-50 C. urb.). Examples of requirements shown graphically: commercially diverse areas, classified wooded areas, reserved areas, areas with minimum building density, cultivated land to be protected, areas with minimum housing size, building mark-up areas, etc. The database was designed during the procedures for the general revisions of the MEL PLUi between 2015 and 2019, the general revision of the 5 municipal PLUs of Aubers, Bois-Grenier, Fromelles, Le Maisnil and Radinghem-en-Weppes and the development of the RLPi. Its initial structure was validated by the approval of the planning documents by the Metropolitan Council on 19 December 2019. The objects that make up the database come from the concerted work of the various procedures and the knowledge of the state.
