The concept of organizing an art alley defines the main directions of the policy of the Prilutska City Council to regulate the activities of street artists to ensure the comfortable activities of the artists themselves, which should be carried out taking into account the legislation of Ukraine and create a holistic impression of Priluk's guests about its historical and cultural values, as well as not to create discomfort for the residents of the city.
