Development plan Niendorf 41 1st change Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Niendorf 41 Development Plan Regulation of 20 August 1968 (Hamburgian Law and Order, page 203), the following point 3 is added:
3. Retail establishments shall be prohibited for the commercial area referred to in the annexed summary plan with ‘A’; this does not apply to the newly formed parcels 7347 and 8193 of the Niendorf area. Furthermore, in the area referred to as “A”, exemptions for gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of §33i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without the possibility of winning, are excluded.’
