Road network and network nodes in Baden-Württemberg
Description
This dataset contains the classified road network as well as the network nodes of Baden-Württemberg and is provided in accordance with the INSPIRE Directive.
1. Scope of the classified road network: Federal, state and district roads
2. Data from the federal motorways are not included, as Autobahn GmbH has been responsible for this since 1 January 2021. Please direct data requests there.
3. Content of the data:
a) Road network: Federal, state and district roads
b) Network nodes: Network nodes and zero points
4. The road data are maintained to the best of the knowledge by the road construction administration and made available with the existing update cycles (‘as is’). Should the data transferee suffer adverse effects or damage as a result of the SIB data, the Road Construction Administration assumes no liability for this.
5. There is no entitlement to explanations of the road data. Descriptions of the modelling can be found in the ‘Instruction Road Database (ASB)’ at www.bast.de. Technical justifications of content or values of the road data cannot be provided. A continuation service cannot be set up.
6. In the case of publications or presentations, a reference to the source must be attached, e.g. in the form of ‘road data: Road information bank Baden-Württemberg"
7. The regulations of the GeoNutzV with regard to terms of use, source notes and limitation of liability must be observed.
8. Formats:
- Mapinfo Exchange Format MIF > File extension .MIF and .MID
- GML > File Extension Data: .gml and .xsd
- Style information or legend: .qml or .sld
