The development plan Lokstedt 60 for the area of application of Siemersplatz and areas north of Osterfeldstraße (district Eimsbüttel, district 317) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Lokstedter Steindamm - Siemersplatz - Vogt-Wells-Straße - Alter Schulweg - Stapelstraße - Kollaustraße - northern boundary of parcel 2663, western boundary of parcels 2663, 4269 and 4916, southern boundary of parcel 4792, western boundary of parcels 4792, 710, 711 and 4940, northern boundary of parcels 4940 and 4939 - Ahornallee - northern boundary of parcels 721 and 761 - Lembekstraße - northern boundary of parcels 769 and 802, via parcel 808 (Jägerlauf), northern boundary of parcel 811, eastern boundary of parcels 811, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819, 820, 821, 821 822, 823, 824, 825 and 826, via parcel 829, northern boundary of parcel 832, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 833, northern boundary of parcels 3302 and 3300, via parcel 835, northern boundary of parcel 3764 - Offakamp - Osterfeldstraße - eastern boundary of parcels 1150, 1149, 1148 and 1147, southern boundary of parcel 1147 of the Lokstedt district.
