Description
Decisions granted at the final instance of the administrative or judicial asylum procedure, which result from an appeal lodged by an asylum seeker rejected in the preceding stage, during the reference year. Includes decisions on Geneva convention status, subsidiary protection, humanitarian status and rejected.
