Description
Tampering notices are self-certifications, submitted by operators affiliated with the Municipality of Milan, to notify the Administration of tampering with the soil and subsoil in order to carry out specific interventions.
You can issue:
* **the ordinary notice** which provides for tampering on the pavement with an excavation of up to 10 square meters, as well as types of notices that allow the reporting of specific interventions on the roadway and / or pavement, with different durations and possibly extendable temporally. In general, the notices allow an occupation on land not exceeding 60 square meters (10 of excavation) for a total duration of 40 days (including extensions).
* **the emergency warning** used to be able to monitor the interventions in a timely manner on the malfunction of the underground service (eg gas leaks, failures of electrical / telephone cables, leaks of the aqueduct pipes, etc.)
