AREA C: separate 2013 access times for service vehicles
Description
The dataset shows, for 2013, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras placed on the entrance gates in area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c), broken down by service vehicles. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
