AREA C: 2012 separate hourly accesses for residents
Description
The dataset shows, for 2012, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras placed on the entrance gates to area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing between vehicles whose owners are resident within Area C and others. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
