AREA C: 2014 hourly accesses divided by authorizations
Description
The dataset shows, for 2014, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras placed on the entrance gates in area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing the vehicles authorised for access from those not authorised. The definition *authorised* is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised to access free of charge on the basis of a specific authorisation. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
