AREA C: 2013 hourly accesses broken down by authorisations
Description
The dataset shows, for 2013, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras placed on the entrance gates in area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing the vehicles authorised for access from those not authorised. The definition *authorised* is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised to access free of charge on the basis of a specific authorisation. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
