AREA C: separate daily accesses 2014 for residents
Description
The dataset shows, for 2014, the total daily entries recorded by the cameras on the entrance gates in Area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c), distinguishing between vehicles whose owners are resident in Area C and others. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
