AREA C: Daily accesses 2016 broken down by permissions
Description
The dataset shows, for the period from 01.01.2016 to 18.09.2016, the total daily entries recorded by the cameras at the entry gates in area C ( https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing between vehicles authorised for access and those not authorised. The definition *authorised* is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised to access free of charge on the basis of a specific authorisation. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
