Description
The dataset shows, for the period from 01.01.2016 to 18.09.2016, the total daily entries recorded by the cameras at the entry gates in area C ( https://www.comune.milano.it/area-thematic/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing between vehicles authorised for access and those not authorised. The definition authorised is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised to access free of charge on the basis of a specific authorisation. The field areac if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
