Description
The dataset includes the number of vehicles in circulation since 2004. Vehicles are divided into the following categories:
- BUS
- TRUCKS TRANSPORT GOODS
- SPECIAL MOTOR VEHICLES - SPECIFIC
- CARS
- MOTORCYCLES AND QUADRICICLI TRANSPORT GOODS
- MOTORCYCLES
- MOTOR VEHICLES AND SPECIAL QUADRICYCLES - SPECIFIC
- SPECIAL TRAILERS AND SEMI-TRAILERS - SPECIFIC
- TRAILERS AND SEMI-TRAILERS TRANSPORT GOODS
- ROAD TRACTORS OR MOTORS
- OTHER VEHICLES
The contents of the dataset (owned by ACI and available in full at https://www.aci.it/laci/studies-e-ricerche/dati-e-statistiche/open-data.html) were taken from http://www.asr-lombardia.it/asrlomb/it/14022comuniparco-veicolare-circulating-category-municipality, in which there are no data for the year 2009.
The present elaboration of the dataset has been released by the Municipality of Milan.
