Business activities: public off-plan establishments
Description
The dataset contains the list of so-called "off-plan" public establishments. The definition of "off-plan" is attributed to those exercises in which the administration is carried out in the context of another primary activity, namely: together with entertainment activities, ballrooms, nightclubs, bathing establishments, sports facilities and other similar establishments; in establishments located within metropolitan areas and public transport stations; directly from parishes, oratories, religious communities; in establishments located in museums, theatres, concert halls and the like; in company canteens and outlets attached to companies, administrations, bodies and schools where the supply is made to the public; in private circles for the benefit of members. In addition to location by street and house number and administration area, there are other information taken from the administrative archive. For the interpretation of the data it must be considered that the legislation on trade has undergone numerous changes over time, both with respect to the nomenclature and classification of activities, and with respect to the type and number of information collected. In some cases, regulatory changes have introduced variables not present in the archives, enriching the dataset with information. However, these changes do not affect the archive retroactively, but are updated on the first occasion on which the owner contacts the offices to communicate any change (move, takeover, change of sales area, cumulation of activities ...). Therefore, the information contained in the dataset is not necessarily homogeneous, because it refers to the time of the last communication.
