Residential healthcare facilities RSA RSD in the Municipality of Milan
Description
This measure provides for an integrated care of the recipients, to whom a series of services/interventions/benefits are offered, designed within an individual project built on the basis of the needs of the family and the person. These services/interventions/benefits can be used both at home and at RSA/RSD (Residenza Sanitaria Assistenziale / Residenza Sanitario-assistenziale per Disabili) residential structures, in a multi-service logic, depending on what the individual Project provides.
