Description
Mapping for the three-year period 2014 - 2017 of private buildings in a state of decay in the Municipality of Milan.
The Milan 2030 Territorial Government Plan in Table R.10 ‘Land Consumption Charter’ identifies abandoned and degraded buildings, which have been decommissioned for at least one year before their identification, which pose a danger to safety or to public health and safety or discomfort with urban decorum and quality, governed by Article 11 of the Rules Plan Implementing Rules.
